LE BOUCHON

10/2-8 RUSSELL ST, BALNARRING

IT ALL BEGAN IN THE
SOUTH WEST OF FRANCE….

A life long love affair with French eating has seen owner Stephane travel from his home in France to work in the UK, before making his way to Melbourne and renowned bistro France-Soir in South Yarra. An opportunity with Willow Creek Vineyard brought Stephane and his family to the Mornington Peninsula, where he has been entrenched in the food and wine scene ever since.

“I’ve always wanted to bring this style of French eating to my own family and friends in Australia… so I have created an environment where people feel relaxed, where customers can come for an easy night out with the family or settle in for the full French eating and drinking experience”, says Stephane.

The mantra of Le Bouchon: creating simple and honest food by using the finest, locally sourced produce.
