t's hard to forget a name like Doot Doot Doot, the seasonal and luxuriously designed restaurant perched on the scenic Mornington Peninsula. Part of the boutique Jackalope hotel complex on the Willow Creek Vineyard, Doot Doot Doot is the culinary cherry on top of the cake for visitors to this gourmet playground. Space is an intimate 80 seater and like the name, has a ceiling constructed with over 10,000 lights that sparkle one will not forget, designed by Melbourne artist Jane Flock. An opportunity with Willow Creek Vineyard brought Stephane and his family to the Mornington Peninsula, where he has been entrenched in the food and wine scene ever since.
“I’ve always wanted to bring this style of French eating to my own family and friends in Australia… so I have created an environment where people feel relaxed, where customers can come for an easy night out with the family or settle in for the full French eating and drinking experience”, says Stephane.
