Australia’s original and most loved Gin Masterclass experience. A 2 hour Masterclass learning the techniques and processes to blend your own gin recipe from a vast range of vapour infused botanicals. It’s like aromatherapy for gin lovers! Best of all, your unique recipe is kept on file so you can re-order your custom gin at any time.
Bass & Flinders Distillery offers 2 distinct experiences:
Original Gin Masterclass – Create your own signature blend while exploring the rich history of gin. Enjoy tastings and discover the story behind one of the world’s most fascinating spirits.

Graduate Gin Masterclass – Designed for returning guests, this advanced session dives deeper into botanicals, color infusions and new techniques. You’ll also enjoy a gin and Fever-Tree tonic pairing session.

Both classes include product tastings, a fruit & cheese board and a 500ml bottle of your bespoke gin to take home. The Masterclass Voucher is priced at $175pp and the Graduate Voucher will cost $155

You visit 4 top name wineries for tutored tastings.

CHIEFS SON DISTILLERY PREMIUM WHISKY TOUR
WITH CHEESE AND A TAKE HOME BOTTLE
How good is this. Includes a guided tour with distiller, sample whisky directly from the barrel, fill a 100ml sample bottle to take home, cheese platter plus core range whisky tasting.

LEARN TO DIVE AT PORTSEA
RUN BY THE PROFESSIONALS

First you sit in a classroom experience to learn to dive.
Then off to an escorted dive session to actually learn to dive.
